Got my box of cookies cutters from LeeLee who helped to bring back all the way from the states!

1st Marketing Event - Mercer’s Family Carnival

Fresh Bakers will be doing the very first round of marketing at Mercer's Family Day on 2-Oct at the Singapore Flyer.

On the menu are Fresh Corn Muffins, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Walnut Cupcake and also Strawberry Cheesecake. All items will be sold at $2 each.

The Multi-purpose Profiteroles

I first made these a few years ago back in Australia.

Elongate the shape and you'll get eclairs.
Stuff it with custard cream and it becomes cream puffs.
Durian lovers? Stuff it with your favourite D24 or Mao San Wang durian puree.. What more can I say?

But my all-time favourite would still be stuffing it with a scoop of ice cream..

Open Sesame

Black sesame cake, goes well with a cup of english tea...
This is my first attempt today of baking it after chancing upon it a few weeks back at Fullerton Hotel.
Crumbly on the outside, moist & dense on the inside.. Yummy!
